Virginia has long had an interest in
cooking and entertaining. Last year she attended a London
City and Guilds Cookery and Culinary Arts course and graduated
with a diploma.
She is really keen to provide you with
a memorable eating experience using some of the wonderful
tasty and fresh foods that are produced here in New Zealand.
Her other interests include gardening,
working out at the gym and walking her three miniature schnauzers. |
| Paul is a keen golfer, diver, trail-bike
rider, Morris Minor enthusiast and in his spare time, a business
man. He is keen to provide the freshest produce of the deep
for Virginia to cook into a culinary masterpiece for you!
He welcomes you to join him in
watching the 'must see' matches on the big screen in their
'home theatre.
If golfing is your sport you will feel
quite at home practising on Scoresby Manor's putting and
chipping green. |
